Welcome to Rajasvani. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed for orders placed on our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1 Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been packed or shipped.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately through:

  • Website support

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Phone

If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

1.2 Cancellation After Shipping

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
In such cases, you may apply for a return or exchange after receiving the product (see section 2 & 3).


2. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

2.1 Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return if:

  • The original tag is intact and attached

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The request is placed within 5 days of delivery

  • The product received is damaged, defective, wrong item, or has major discrepancies

2.2 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Products without the original tag

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Customized or altered orders (if applicable)

If a return request fails quality inspection, the item will be sent back to the customer.


3. EXCHANGE POLICY

You may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong size

  • You received the wrong color or product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Exchange is subject to:

  • Availability of the requested size/product

  • Successful quality check of the returned item

If the product is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund (only in eligible cases).


4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

4.1 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • There is a major discrepancy in size or description

  • The product is unavailable for exchange

  • The return is approved after quality check

4.2 Refund Methods

Based on your case, refunds may be processed as:

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Store credit with no expiry

  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

4.3 Refund Timeframe

Once the returned product passes inspection:

  • Online payment refunds: 5–7 business days

  • Bank transfer: 5–7 business days

  • Store credit: Within 24 hours

(delays may occur depending on bank/payment gateway)


5. NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Product returned without original tag

  • Product is worn, used, washed, or damaged by customer

  • Wrong return reason provided

  • Return request raised after 5 days

  • Customized orders (if any)


6. RETURN PICKUP & SHIPPING

6.1 Return Pickup

We arrange reverse pickup wherever available.
Pickup attempts may be made two times. If unsuccessful, the customer must ship the product back manually.

6.2 Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area:

  • You must courier the product to our address

  • Courier charges may be compensated as store credit (up to a limit)
